Courses Offered

BBA.LLB is a 5-year integrated program that combines business management with legal education, affiliated to VMBU and approved by the Bar Council of India. Students who have passed 10+2 in any discipline with a minimum of 45% marks for General candidates, 43% for OBC candidates, and 40% for SC/ST candidates with a valid CLAT or LSAT-India score are eligible to apply. BA.LLB is a 5-year integrated program combining arts and humanities with legal studies, also affiliated to VMBU and approved by the Bar Council of India. LLB is a 3-year standalone law degree program, affiliated to VMBU and approved by the Bar Council of India. Students who have passed 10+2 in any discipline with a minimum of 45% marks and 43% for OBC, 40% for SC/ST along with a valid CLAT or LSAT-India score are eligible. This is the traditional route for graduates who want to enter the legal profession after completing an undergraduate degree in any stream.

LLM is a 2-year postgraduate law program affiliated to VMBU with specialisations available in Constitution and Administrative Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Environment Law, International Law, Human Rights Law and Organizations, Intellectual Property Law, and Dispute Resolution Law. Candidates who hold a law graduate degree BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, or LLB with a minimum of 50% marks for all candidates, along with a valid CLAT or LSAT-India score, are eligible to apply. The Department of Law is led by Principal Prof. (Dr.) Sharafat Ali, who holds LL.M. in Commercial Law and L.L.D. qualifications, is UGC-NET qualified three times in 2007, 2012, and 2013, and has over 22 years of experience. Moot Court Building Real Courtroom Skills

Siddhartha Law College runs one of the most active Moot Court programs among law colleges in Dehradun.
