Constitution Day Celebration

Main Auditorium, Siddhartha Law College, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun

Constitution Day is celebrated on 26th November by the students and faculty of Siddhartha Law College. On this occasion, students actively participate in academic as well as extracurricular activities such as debates, quiz competitions, and cultural programs. The celebration helps students understand the importance of the Constitution of India and promotes awareness about constitutional values and duties. Activities conducted during the event encourage students to develop legal awareness and a sense of responsibility towards society. The event also includes recognition of student achievements, where awards such as “Student of the Year” and “Faculty of the Year” are presented by the Chairman of Siddhartha Group of Institutions.

Annual Inter-Class Moot Court Competition

Moot Court Hall, Siddhartha Law College

The Annual Inter-Class Moot Court Competition is organised by the Department of Law to provide students with practical exposure to courtroom proceedings. The activity is designed to help students understand legal procedures, develop advocacy skills, and build confidence in presenting arguments. Students participate by preparing cases, drafting legal arguments, and presenting them before a simulated court. The competition follows structured court practices, enabling students to experience real courtroom situations. Such academic exercises play an important role in strengthening legal knowledge, improving communication skills, and preparing students for professional careers in the field of law.

Legal Aid and Awareness Camp

Community Outreach, Dehradun

The Legal Aid and Awareness Camp is organised by the Department of Law to spread awareness about legal rights and responsibilities among the general public. Through this initiative, students engage with the community and provide basic legal guidance under supervision. The camp focuses on educating people about important legal provisions, social issues, and access to justice. It also helps students gain practical exposure while developing a sense of social responsibility and commitment towards society.

Fresher's Welcome — 2025-26 Session

The Fresher Party is organised to welcome new students into the Siddhartha Group of Institutions and help them feel comfortable in their new environment. The event provides an opportunity for freshers to interact with seniors and faculty members. Uttarakhand High Court, Nainital
